All volunteers should bring your 100 letters envelopes.  The envelopes should be stuffed,  stamped and addressed.  You must also bring one extra copy of your letter for your letter writing coordinator. Board members will be present to count and accept your letters. DO NOT FORGET YOUR LETTERS.

You only need to bring your letters unsealed if you are missing brochures. Paul Couenhoven or Sierra Hawthorne will bring extra brochures to the team meetings for those who did not get brochures. Seal your letters that have brochures and return envelopes enclosed.

We will also be discussing the in country technology and communication protocols. This is an issue that is always of interest to parents, so we urge you to bring your questions and concerns to this meeting.
