Mormon Temple Upper Parking Lot, corner of Monterey and Lincoln, Oakland (across Lincoln from Mormon Temple and just off Highway 13)

Directions:

Going south on Highway 13, take the exit for the Temple and Lincoln Ave.  Stop at the stop sign in the exit, and the parking lot is right across the street.

Coming up Lincoln Avenue, pass the entrance on the right to the Temple complex and turn left at the stop sign (before crossing over Highway 13) onto Monterey Avenue.  The parking lot is on your left.
