Opt Out Names Form
The Amigos East Bay Board wants your help to make our program more sustainable. Our fundraising efforts are more powerful when we are allowed to draw on your successful product sales and letter-writing contacts for future campaigns. This strategy closely resembles the campaigns of various walk-a-thon and bike-a-thon charities, which send appeals a few months after a supporter responds to the initial personalized letter. This is a significant contribution on your part, so we want to give you some reassurances:
1) We will not contact individuals whom you have identified on the attached form;
2) We will not contact anyone who hasn't actually made a contribution or purchased product;
3) We will not ask letter-writing contributors to buy product or vice versa;
4) After sending several appeals with no response, we will remove the person from our supporters’ list;
5) We will not share our supporters’ list beyond the Amigos community;
6) If you fill out this form, we will remove the names from supporters’ list, we will do so promptly and we'll have no further direct contact with them.
