The Graduation Picnic occurs 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Newt Hollow Picnic Site just inside the entrance to Briones Park. The first half will be a picnic lunch and the second half will start with the awarding of the Jeannette Dimock Memorial Scholarship followed by recognition of the volunteers.
The menu for the picnic lunch consists of:
Barbequed Hamburgers and Veggie Burgers on Semi-Freddie Buns provided by the Chapter
Corn on the Cob – provided by the Chapter
(VERY PRELIMINARY) We request that each team organize to bring the following items:
Sunday Afternoon – Drinks and Ice (Cups will be provided), Dessert for 35 people
Sunday Evening – Lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sliced onions
Monday Evening – Condiments – Ketchup, Mustard, Horseradish, Mayonnaise and butter (for corn)
Tuesday Evening – Dessert for 65 people
Please have all food at the site no later than 1:45 PM.
We request that each team provide two team members to arrive at 1:30 PM to assist in setup the picnic tables, serving tables and barbequing the Hamburgers and Veggie Burgers.
