East Bay Amigos Chapter Meeting, Field Preparation

Vols and parents, join us at our chapter meeting for an annual Amigos tradition, where our veteran volunteers show off what to wear and bring to Latin America, and what not to. The meeting will be held at 7:30pm at the Mormon Stake Center, 4770 Lincoln Avenue, Oakland. Your attendance is mandatory.

If you haven't faxed your medical update form to Jim Tysell, Medical Director, please bring it to the meeting. NOTE: On the form, you should list all immunizations ever received, not just the recent ones.

Plenty of treated mosquito nets are available for the wholesale price of $10. Bring a check payable to Barbara Wille.

The balance of the family fee is due, as are any outstanding fundraising checks. Sleeping cots will be available at the meeting for a refundable $80.00 deposit. (Volunteers will need to carry a cot with them to the field.)
