TOPIC: Letter writing
At least one parent must attend with their vol.
All vols need to bring their 100 stamped, addressed, and sealed envelopes in a bag or box. Addresses must include zip codes, or the letters will be returned.
The 100 letters need to be sealed. The SAMPLE letter, if it comes in an envelope, needs to be UNSEALED, however, the sample does not need to be in an envelope.
